Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All finished jewelry is shipped with USPS, using First Class Parcel. I ship within two business days of receiving your order, and update you with a tracking number as soon as I have one.
If you should need faster shipping, please contact me, and I'll do what I can to get your package to you when you need it!
Return & Exchange Policy
Finished jewelry purchased from Wynter Creations may be exchanged for either another piece of jewelry or for store credit in the event that a piece is damaged on arrival, or becomes damaged through no fault of the purchaser/wearer within 30 days of purchase. With photo evidence of damage, I'm happy to pay for return shipping. Normal wear and aging (such as metal tarnishing or darkening) is not considered damage and is not grounds for return/exchange.
Tutorials are not subject to return or exchange.
